Proposed bill to tax Kentuckians’ online wagers

FRANKFORT, Ky. – There was a new bill ( House Bill 368)  filed Wednesday, February 3rd by House Speaker Pro-Tem Larry Clark that would tax any Kentuckian that would place an online wager on horse bets through account wagering companies.
